Natasha Payson embarked on her journey with OPWDD over two decades ago as a Direct Care Worker. She began her current career trajectory 5 years ago for Program Development Services, Inc. as Director of Residential Services, through her passion, commitment and determination she worked her way up to the role of Director of Program Operation. Her belief that true strength as well as success lies within having a good team and an organization can only achieve their objectives effectively when people work together as a team. Natasha is honored to be a part of a team that demonstrates extensive professional capacities in terms of well versed in regulatory guidelines, strategic-decision making, problem solving and multi-tasking, while still providing quality of care and continuity of services to our individuals.
