Leandre Constantine is a progressive and innovative professional who joined Program Development Services (PDS) in May 2022 as the Quality Improvement and Corporate Compliance Officer. He comes to the PDS as a strategic leader in his field with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry having served as Day Program Administrator at CP Unlimited for over eight years.

As Quality Improvement and Corporate Compliance Officer, Leandre is accountable for effectively and efficiently overseeing the establishment, implementation and maintenance of a framework of quality standards and policies across the organization in accordance with established industry benchmarks and best practices and the relevant laws, regulations and policies.

He is also responsible for providing the leadership team with strategic plan analysis and reports on audit implementation and incident risk assessments. As PDS Corporate Compliance Officer, he assumes the responsibilities as the Healthcare Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Security and Privacy Officer.

Leandre hold a degrees from New York City College of Technology in Telecommunications and Engineering, as well as professional certifications in the areas of compliance and strategic planning and leadership.
