Martin Brennan, President
Martin J. Brennan has lived in Rockville Centre, NY for 25 years. A licensed clinical psychologist, Dr Brennan is the coordinator of the Employee Assistance Program at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. He is also a consultant to the Steamfitters Union, Local 638 and maintains a small private practice in Rockville Centre.
Robert G. Ostrander, Vice President
Mr. Ostrander is Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors for American Life and Medical Insurance Company of New York. Until retirement he served as Executive Vice President of Unum Life Insurance Company.
John Martinelli, Secretary
Mr. Martinelli resides in Staten Island with his wife and family. He retired as Detective after serving 20 years with the New York City Police Department. Mr. Martinelli has been a Secretary/Treasurer for the Board of Directors of Program Development Services for 15 years.
Salvatore F. Mulia, Treasurer
Mr. Mulia has been a Managing Director of RTM Financial Services (RTM), for over 25 years. Prior to founding RTM, Mr. Mulia held senior management positions within General Electric’s Financial Services Division. Mr. Mulia was Executive Vice President of Pitney Bowes Capital Corp. and currently sits on the board of directors for Newtek Business Services, a public finance company providing financial services to small businesses in the U.S.
Francis Kelly, Board Member
Mr. Kelly was employed by the New York City Department of Environmental Protection prior to his retirement. Mr. Kelly has been a member on the Board of Directors of Program Development Services, Inc. for twenty years. He is an active member in his community in keeping the neighborhood clean and safe.
John Loosen, Board Member
Mr. Loosen served in Vietnam as an Airborne Infantryman with the famed 101st Airborne Division in 1967-68. During his Vietnam tour he was wounded resulting in the amputation of his left leg above the knee. As a result of his Vietnam service he was awarded the Purple Heart, Bronze Star and Combat Infantryman Badge. Mr. Loosen began his VA career in 1975, and recently retired after 36 years of service. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Wounded Warrior Project. Org. and the National Amputation Foundation of the Disabled American Veterans.
